Update 1: The DataCenter is facing a core router failure, engineers already started working on fixing the problem.

Dear Users,

Our DataCenter is suffering from a Hardware failure making our Server go Offline then Online and so on… since few hours now. The faulty segment on the circuit was located and the engineer is now on the way to the site to measure and repair the segment.

Dear Users,

Our DataCenter is suffering from a Network Problem resulting in our Server being Offline along with All servers existing in that DataCenter (which is very big btw).
Engineers are already working on solving this problem. Hopefully we will be back online again in few minutes.
